COUNTING ONE’S CHICKENS…: SCRIPT YOUR STORY
There is a famous book “count the chickens before they hatch” by Arindam Chaudhari. Many entrepreneurs are known for their colorful stories. In reality it’s a lot more interesting than you might realize. Here are some enthusiastic ideas that might be helpful to build up your dreams into reality.

1. Identify your zone: The first step in your project must be identifying your part exactly in the market. It can be created with a new product or service or you can improve an existing one. It doesn’t matter whether anybody else is doing the same. As long as you can keep the uniqueness you can always find the position.
For example, Foodie panda was one of the pioneers in Indian market in online food delivery. Nowadays you can see the swiggy Zomato has replaced them on the same ground. So many companies had started the same system but the winner was a newcomer. Uber started rented taxi service without even a single car in their ownership. Ola cabs came next by adding one of the most popular vehicle auto rickshaws in their service and even bike pool also available from different service providers.
It doesn’t matter that you need a singularity to launch your ideas. As the number of competitors is there in market the services will be much better, cheap and reliable to the society. Amazon and flip kart is selling products less than that of the MRP in open market hence, they can have a large number of sales and more companies are in a rush to display their product in their websites. So actual sale will be their e-commerce space than the product sold from the website. The reduction in price of products can be balanced from this scenario.
2. After fixing your product the second thing comes will be the price fixing. Once you had succeeded to find a place in market then you must consider whether you can make it available in market in a fare price. The costing plays an important role and it must be balanced with the production cost. Profit is a must in all businesses in long term race.
3. The next thing you must be bothering about is the right place and right time to launch your product. Luck is a word you can find in dictionary than in a business without proper plan. Suppose you have a brilliant plan about hovercraft transportation which can play a vital role in future. It is not advisable to launch such things by this time since there won’t be many demands for your product. Even you can’t sell the Color television of CRT monitor also. Both are not capable to satisfy the customers of present day.
Consider the current trends while you design. And also remember one thing that you must be aware about updating. Some product/ services can’t be find market out of a particular region while others can have a wide range of market space. Whatever you are designing it must be able to bring some solutions for the current requirements to the society and should be in a fair price.
Once you design it properly then the updating process will be comparatively easier than you think, a group of enthusiastic customers will welcome any alteration that will be done in future like a laptop can be replaced by a tablet pc from the same manufacturer.
