The overall accomplishment of a visionary can be accomplished only with a team of handpicked skilled workers. The demand and supply of market can be taken into the first priority for the economic growth of the enterprise, no doubt. The organization culture is the trunk of the business tree which is originated from the vision of an individual/team/or a cluster who founded it at the very beginning. The organizational culture can be generally classified into two; “the declined clan” and “the rising clan”.

1. The Clan of Godfather’s or the Declined Clan

The declined clan of culture is old-school method which doesn’t bother about the updates demand by the time since they have already left with a sound income to support. It can be a traditional family business, a limited market oriented business which runs focusing more on a public interest as a whole, or a NGO and Government run business where the market expansion doesn’t even a matter. If we forget for some reason, a few exceptions only will be there among these types of business clan. These are also called as “Hierarchical/Traditional type of organization culture”. There are also different types of classifications are there based on the strategies of business like Sales, safety, support, innovation, development, commitment, social output, technological background etc.

2. The Clan of Explorer’s or the rising clan

The most innovative and adventurous types of organizations which equally value the social factor but focused more towards their market with flexibility are lies under this category. They usually undergo renovations as per market demands in short intervals and will leave a wide range of flexible operational space inside the structure if they can be exploited into its peak. As a result the organization will maintain its youth and aesthetics in all weather, splendid with young talents and hiring will be focused on skills rather than traditional certification criteria. Due to the closed watch approach to market the output will be large in quantity with optimum quality rather than signature one. The production design will subject to market risk and demand and supply and also changes with time to time. This is the basic difference between the two.

If the internal communication is not monitored until all of them are able to catch the same vibe, then the result will be disastrous. It is advisable to mingle them with different types as much as lower in number and change the team in such a way that don’t not allow them to settle with a team of comfort during probation or training period. Once they succeed in adapting the change and ready to move with the vibe then it will be comparatively easier to control them. The psychological stress during the ‘painful-adaptation’ can be lowered with the presence of in house trainers, mentors or veteran professional if addressed in time.
